The kitchen was built and installed by the students with gas fitting and electrical works handled by external tradespeople. All building is done by the students under the supervision of a registered builder. Students may be building sheds and pergolas, fences and sophisticated barbeques. An Island student can obtain a VCAL qualification from this workshop and a Certificate I in Construction.
