HOW TO DOWNLOAD THE RESOURCE KIT USING THIS PASSWORD:

Click on the above link, then:

If you are a PC User:

Right-click on the Part of the Resource Kit you wish to download and choose "save target as". Press return/enter.

A window will open up asking you to enter in the Username and Password. Type in nyc as the Username and commitment as the Password and press Return/Enter. You download will now start.

If you are a Macintosh user:

Hold down the control button and then click on the Part of the Resource Kit you wish to download and choose "download link to disk". Press return/enter.

A window will open up asking you to enter in the Username and Password. Type in nyc as the Username and commitment as the Password and press Return/Enter. You download will now start.
