NSW Active Retirees and Mentors Incorporated (NSW ARM Inc) is the state representative body for the mentors involved in the NSW PIY program.

The committee of NSW ARM Inc meets a minimum of two times a year plus an Annual General Meeting. Where possible, one of these meetings will coincide with a conference for all members. Representation of this committee is available to all regions where the PIY program operates.

The major focus for NSW ARM Inc is to:

1. Foster close links between all PIY programs
2. Provide a voice for all mentors through representation on the NSW State Reference Group
3. Assist with recruitment of volunteer mentors
4. Build partnerships between community organisations.
