2007 MTC

The Manufacturing Team Challenge was designed to focus on the importance of teamwork and the whole team dynamics that a real-life working situation involves. The challenge highlights the matching of individual’s skills within the team, as well as developing ‘soft skills’ such as communication, teamwork and problem solving to complete the exercise to various criteria. The competition places equal importance on both skill sets and shows MTC is a multi-faceted skill challenge that results in highly productive team players.
